Lower Earley councillor Rohit Ahlawat (Conservative) has raised more than £9,600 for the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust charity after completing three major races in six weeks.
He ran the Reading Half Marathon, the London Marathon and finished with the Milton Keynes Marathon on Monday 4 May.
The London Marathon was officially recognised by Guinness World Records for the highest number of finishers, making his run part of a historic event.
His effort drew public support, including from former prime minister Theresa May, and donations are still coming in.
Cllr Ahlawat said: "This has been an intense but incredibly rewarding journey. The support from residents, colleagues, and supporters across the community has been overwhelming. I am proud to contribute to a local charity that makes a real difference to people's lives."
