A petition to pause changes to bin collections is being submitted to West Berkshire Council this week.
The shift to three-weekly black bin collections will be discussed at the full council meeting.
Conservative group leader Ross Mackinnon is also getting involved, asking a question for Thursday’s meeting.
He wants to know, “How many residents paid the Garden Waste Charge, how much did it raise in 2022-23, and how do those figures compare with the 2025-26 Budget?”
The council convenes at 7pm on Thursday evening.
