Rock the Rec is Windsor’s community‑led music festival held at Clewer Memorial Recreation Ground, offering a full day of live music, great food, family activities, and a vibrant, friendly atmosphere. Organised by Clewer & Dedworth Together CIC, the festival showcases local talent and reinvests all proceeds back into community projects, making it both a fantastic day out and a celebration of local spirit.

Rock the Rec 2026 takes place on Sunday 30 August 2026, from 12pm–9pm, at Clewer Memorial Recreation Ground in Windsor. Now in its fifth year, the festival continues to grow as a major family‑friendly community event, with all proceeds reinvested into local projects by Clewer & Dedworth Together CIC.

This year’s line‑up features:

The Take That Experience – delivering a top‑tier tribute set packed with fan favourites
Chappell Roan UK – bringing high‑energy pop performance inspired by the rising star
The Coldplay Tribute – a vibrant, atmospheric tribute to one of the world’s biggest bands
Blackmore – local talent representing Windsor’s own music scene
Rock the 90s – returning by popular demand with their upbeat, nostalgic 90s party set

Expect live music all day, plus street food, drinks, funfair rides, and community stalls, making it a full, lively day out for all ages. Affordable ticketing and add‑ons such as parking and gazebo pitches keep the event accessible and community‑driven.
