Elivia Homes has submitted detailed plans for 39 homes behind Mushroom Castle in Winkfield Row. The development will feature two to five-bed houses and one- to two-bed flats, with access from Gardeners Road. This follows outline permission granted last August, which includes demolishing the White Gates house.
Four Homes in Binfield (Bracknell app 25/00579/FUL)
A plan has also been submitted to demolish a house at Oak Tree Farm and build four new homes, featuring nine parking spaces and an access road to Twyford Road. The site is near the boundary with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

Plans for up to 32 homes in Nine Mile Ride have sparked controversy, initially approved by the government’s planning inspectorate in March 2022. The project involves the demolition of two houses, with Wokingham Borough Council recently giving the green light to vital details for construction.

Crest Nicholson has received permission to build a sports pavilion at the Arborfield Green development, which will include solar panels, car and cycle parking spaces. This pavilion will support activities at nearby sports pitches, including football, cricket, and tennis, along with fixtures for a play area.
