A Reading noodle bar on Broad Street, Chopstix, has applied to extend its opening hours to serve food until 4am.
The shop, open in Reading since 2017, currently trades 10.30am-10pm and is known for noodle boxes, egg fried rice and cauliflower rice extras.
The late-night opening is part of a licensing application with Reading Borough Council; a statutory consultation is live. Take part by emailing licensing@reading.gov.uk. Responses close Friday, June 19.
Chopstix had a £100,000 refit in February 2023 with digital ordering screens. The unit was previously the Mango Bean café, visible in 2016 streetview.
Other Chopstix sites include Slough and the M4 Membury Eastbound and M4 Beaconsfield services.
