Newbury in Bloom 2026 is back - entries are open. Residents, businesses, schools and community groups are invited to plan displays and sign up.
Submit entries to Newbury Town Council by 25 May 2026. Judging will take place in the week beginning 22 June 2026.
Categories include neighbourhoods (groups of 5+ properties, including almshouses & canal boats), community projects, front gardens (residents), places of worship or assembly, best allotment, and miniature gardens (max 1m x 1m), plus business premises and schools.
Newbury Town Council says it remains committed to supporting local projects to boost the town's appearance, promote horticultural excellence, and create a greener, cleaner, more welcoming place.
Local successes also help Newbury in the Thames & Chilterns in Bloom 2026 competition - last year the town won a Silver Gilt Award and the Best Large Town Trophy.
