A public drop-in for residents affected by last week's fire at the Daler-Rowney site will be held on Wednesday 3 June from 6.15pm to 7.30pm at Jennett's Park Community Centre. It's for people living in Jennett's Park, Peacock Lane and Wykery Copse.
Residents can raise concerns, get clarity on the response and hear updates from the agencies involved. The fire prompted a significant emergency response and raised worries about air quality, safety and disruption.
Council leader Helen Purnell said: "If any resident who was in the vicinity of the fire at Daler Rowney has been affected or has any concerns regarding anything, then please do drop in between 6.15 and 7.30 to speak to fire, environment agency and council officers."
The session is being hosted by ward councillors Georgia Pickering, Stephen O'Regan and Jeff Gillbe, who are encouraging people to attend or share details with neighbours who may want to be involved.
