West Berkshire Council Announces Committee Changes

West Berkshire Council has announced changes to its representatives on several external committees.

Stuart Gourley (Lib Dem, Newbury Clay Hill) replaces Justin Pemberton (Lib Dem, Thatcham West) on the Parking and Traffic Regulations Outside London (PATROL) joint committee. Martha Vickers (Lib Dem, Newbury Speen) replaces Denise Gaines (Lib Dem, Hungerford and Kintbury) on Volunteer Centre West Berkshire. Tony Vickers (Lib Dem, Hungerford and Kintbury) replaces Louise Sturgess (Lib Dem, Newbury Central) on the Kennet & Avon Canal Partnership Steering Group, and Owen Jeffery (Lib Dem, Thatcham Colthrop and Crookham) is the substitute representative, replacing Janine Lewis (Lib Dem, Tilehurst and Purley).
