A meeting about the cancellation of the Pink 22 bus between Reading town centre and Caversham Heights, organised by Reading Central MP Matt Rodda, has been postponed because of today's Met Office red heat warning.
It was due at 7.30pm today (Friday, June 26) at Highdown School.
People should register their attendance at https://mattroddamp.com/pink22meeting.
The invite went to affected residents and Reading Borough councillors. Councillors Isobel Ballsdon (Conservative), Saadia Saadat (Conservative) and Jenny McGrother (Labour) are understood to have registered their attendance.
The Pink 22 service is due to end on Monday, July 20. The route loops via Woodcote Way, Conisboro Avenue and Albert Road.
