Nicola Grassi runs Nicola's Snack Bar, a catering van in a layby at the entrance to the Hogwood Industrial Estate off the Nine Mile Ride extension between Finchampstead and Arborfield.
She serves breakfast, sandwiches, sweet treats and hot and cold drinks, plus burgers, eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, biscuits and salad.
The industrial estate is home to businesses including Siren Craft Brew and Elusive Brewing.
Nicola has applied to renew her annual street trading licence with Wokingham Borough Council and wants to trade 7am to 3.15pm, Monday to Friday.
