Chopstix, the Pan-Asian noodle bar on Broad Street in Reading town centre, can now stay open until 4am.
The chain has been in Reading since 2017, serving noodle boxes, egg fried rice and cauliflower rice.
The operating company applied on 22 May to sell food and non-alcoholic drinks past 11pm (late night refreshment) and the licence was granted after a consultation ended on 19 June.
A licensing officer confirmed customers may enter the shop until 4am, and deliveries via Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat can run to 4am.
Chopstix had a £100,000 refit in February 2023 with new looks and digital ordering screens; the unit was previously the Mango Bean cafe in 2016 streetview.
The chain also has branches in Slough and at the M4 Membury Eastbound and M40 Beaconsfield services.
